2002
Drug Abuse Recognition Consultancy (DARCon) set up by founder Stephen Collier while still a serving police officer (Development of drug recognition training for the private sector)
2005
Founder retires from Northamptonshire Police and works full time on company (Works with New Zealand Police, West Yorkshire Police, Mouchel Parkman)  
2006
DARCon incorporated in September as DARCON Training Ltd (Works with Highways Agency, Balfour Beatty Infrastucture Services, Northamptonshire Police, Cambridgeshire Police, HOSDB, TRL)
 
2007
Works with Galahad SMS on Army contract
2008
Major contract with Balfour Beatty and Qinetiq
 
2009
Darcon Training Ltd – Renamed Blueknight Learning Ltd (to take account of other non-drug training the company was involved with and likely to continue] Worked with Need for Achievement Ltd, SM Training and the Scottish Procurator Fiscals Office
2010
Lands major 5 year overseas contract with Hong Kong Police to develop impairment testing training and advise HK Government on new legislation Also worked with Scottish Police Authority, Mott Macdonald and TTC Group
 
2012
Invited by Cranfield University to develop the drug drive module for the M.Sc Masters degree in Driver Behaviour Also worked with ACPO – Road Safety Support, West Mercia Police and A1+
2014
Blueknight Learning renamed Blueknight Ltd. Worked with Northants County Council, Dynamic Ad Group, John Lewis Partnership
